Question by beren andres davin: Anyone out there gluten-free? What self improvements have you noticed?
I accidentally stumbled upon a wonderful book “The Quantum Wellness Cleanse” and after just a few days starting a serious elimination of gluten in my diet I already notice a difference in energy levels and mental clarity. If you have your personal testimonials I would love to read them.
