i never used to worry about my self-image but lately, it’s been really getting to me. it wasn’t until i saw a picture of me on facebook that my cousin tagged me in that i actually realized i was really overweight. i knew i wasn’t a girl with the most perfect body but, i didn’t know i was that big. /: i did some research and found that it is only possible to lose 2 lbs per week at most. if i can lose 2 lbs every week until july, i’d hopefully be around 115-120 lbs..i’d be so happy at that. right now, i weigh 150 lbs. but, i need guidelines, techniques and help with that..and maybe some that aren’t too hectic as i am a full-time college student. pleasse help me?

Join Weight Watchers. No joke, they’re awesome and you won’t feel like you’re starving yourself, plus they do a weekly weigh-in so you can keep track of your weight with a group of other people. They’re point system works.
