Question by Pockets: What can you substitute for canned tuna fish in the 3 day diet besides cottage cheese?
I am going to go on the 3 day diet but I don’t like tuna fish all that much….I also don’t like cottage cheese at all!!! Can I possibly substitute an apple for tuna fish????

Apples and Tomato Juice! Or v8. It fills you up and good for you.
