Celebrities need to look good and they need to shed the weight especially since they are always in the limelight. If they have flabby arms, they will concentrate on the arms and go for strength training. If a celebrity like Jennifer Lopez has just had kids, they need to get their fabulous abs back along with weight reduction.</p>
<p>Celebrities are normal people<br />
Celebrities have their own weaknesses and food cravings just like normal people. Many of the models are also athletes and this helps them lose weight and maintain it. Celebrities are extremely aware of their bodies and have a well focused exercise and diet plan. Their exercise regime has a goal.</p>
<p>Working out with another person<br />
Almost all celebrities workout with their personal trainers. This provides motivation to the celebrities; it also helps them to keep in focus. It can become quite boring to continue the exercise regimen all by oneself without someone. Celebrities also include many exercise regimes and don’t stick to a single one. For the movie Troy, Brad Pitt became really big and had rippled muscles. For this effect, he practiced martial arts; kick boring and added fatty acids that help assimilate protein and develop his muscles.</p>
<p>To achieve the desired effects, celebrities will run on the beach, do surfing, kick boxing and even in line skating. Charlie’s Angels Cameron Diaz was so taken by surfing during the shoot, that she has continued surfing ever since. Many of the celebrities go for a high fiber, high protein diet but leave out the carbohydrates.</p>
<p>Celebrities especially need to workout prior to shooting of the movie. Depending on the roles that are assayed by them, they workout with trainers that help them to have the desired look.</p>
<p>Changes in dietary plans<br />
Many celebrities also go for a radical change in their dietary plans. Celebrities who are committed to lose weight never diet. Very rationally when the body receives no food or less food, the metabolism of the body slows down, this means that the body doesn’t lose the weight like it should. The main aim is to eat right and stay away from things that are fattening. For example, those with a sweet tooth have it once in a while like on the weekend. Also the celebrities are very conscious about the calorie intake.</p>
<p>Celebrities eat in moderation and their food intake will typically consist of a lot of greens, salads, legumes, soups (none of the creamy soups), grilled fish and chicken. Many of them stay away from red meat or have it occasionally. They also restrict their consumption pasta and rice since these can be fattening.</p>
