Question by gold_lotus: What foods should I REALLY eat to lose weight with respect to the blood type diet?
I want to try a new diet to lose a lot of weight (more than 20 lb) and eating foods according to my blood type (B) sounded interesting. Every website contradicts each other with what foods promote weight loss and which don’t (eg. some sites say nuts and lentils are good for weight loss and others say its bad). If anyone knows what foods I should actually try, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks

Actually, you don’t need to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the one diet that clearly delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I need to lose a lot of weight, but am struggeling. No packaged diet food! All that is around here is potatoes, rich gravies, and breads! It is even hard to get meat in my city! Any tips?

I am a runner and I am trying to lose a few pounds. When I diet, I am more tired and my running is not high-quality. Is there any diet that can help me lose weight but still give me energy to run? How many minutes before a run should I eat a meal for optimum energy during the run? Thanks.

Ahhh i have the same problem. I found out that if you eat a lot of complex carbs such as pasta, macaroni, etc then you will have A LOT more energy. I also started drinking protein shakes(whey) and they give me a lot more energy than before but im also trying to build muscle so it might not be the best for losing weight, but so far ive lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks so its not all bad, plus it builds muscle in your legs..

I’m 17yrs old. F. 5′5″. about 150lbs. Previously suffered from an eating disorder several months ago and have gained all the weight back during recovery and now am committing to becoming strong and healthy. I’m going to start with a 10day water/tea ONLY fast and I was wondering how much weight I would lose? and should i exercise during a fast? Then, after the 10days is up, I’m going to be following Jillian Michael’s “Master Your Metabolism” meal plans to eat the right foods for my body and get my hormones back on track and working properly, which, in turn, promotes healthy and “fast” weight loss because the body isn’t under any stressful conditions and being starved. So, just wondering, how much weight can I lose on a 10day water fast, and basically only eat fruit, veggies, little dairy, and whole grains (I’m vegetarian=no meat)??? After the fast I will start to exercise at LEAST 30min a day.
I NEED HELP/ADVICE!!!

Your body needs a reasonable amount of food *every day*.

10 days of water and tea (only) will really screw things up.
