Question by gold_lotus: What foods should I REALLY eat to lose weight with respect to the blood type diet?
I want to try a new diet to lose a lot of weight (more than 20 lb) and eating foods according to my blood type (B) sounded interesting. Every website contradicts each other with what foods promote weight loss and which don’t (eg. some sites say nuts and lentils are good for weight loss and others say its bad). If anyone knows what foods I should actually try, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks

Actually, you don’t need to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the one diet that clearly delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I shed 25 pounds, it clearly does work!
