I weight lift 5 times a week and I’m very lean and toned because of my dieting and exercise. Will one unhealthy meal at the end of the week through off my progress?
If it helps I’m a mesomorphic 16 year old who has a 2100 daily calorie intake in a matter of 3 meals and and a pre-workout snack.

It shouldn’t, the exercise books I’ve bought/read and my step-brother who’s quite built gave me recommendations of how/what to eat. Usually they say 6 days of the week you have to be on a strict diet, then for one day you can eat whatever. It seems to work, so I’d say go for it, see it as a reward
