Best Health Insurance Plan in Washington State?

Question by Bran: Best Health Insurance Plan in Washington State?
I have the option to pick between 3 different insurance plans and I have no clue which one to pick. There is Community Health Plan of Washington, Molina and Group Health Cooperative. I’ve never dealt with picking insurance or doctors before in this manner so I’m pretty lost!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

The expanded edition has charts for calorie requirements for adults ages 19 to 84, 4 different activity levels (sedentary, low active, active, and very active), and for 3 different ideal BMI weights (low, middle and upper healthy weight ranges). The basic edition gives you a simple formula for you to figure it out yourself. Also, in the back of the book, there’s tables that list calorie info for a ton of foods and drinks. The diet helps you track your calorie consumption and let’s you maintain you ideal weight for as long as you track your calorie consumption. My wife has lost 50 lbs with the diet.

Q&A: How do I get my nieces on my Health insurance plan?

Question by greener_08: How do I get my nieces on my Health insurance plan?
My husband has health insurance through his employer. His brothers daughters don’t have any at all, and they live right next door to us so that are frequently here. Is there a way to allow them to be on our health plan without actually “adopting” them. Please help! Also, if adopting them is the only way… how do I ask their parents if they would be interested in our adopting their children with out them totally freaking out?!

What does the Mayo Clinic know about healthcare? They are not Obama. They know nothing. Obama knows all. Obama will save us. All hail the great and powerful Obama.
